We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Products Eligible for Exchange. Only certain products are eligible for exchange. You can call us / WhatsApp us or email us with what you want to exchange and what you want instead and we will happily exchange it for you.

7 Days Exchange window. Products that are eligible for exchange, can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.

Exchange of Products Bought On MRP can only be exchanged for Products at MRP , not on Sale Price. 

Exchanges are not free. We understand that sometimes things do not fit in your home as expected. For such instances, we do provide exchange as a service for a fee (return shipping). There are 2 ways of providing exchange. If the customer is self-shipping, there will be no pickup charges. You may contact us for the shipping address details. If the pickup is done by Caption Home's shipping provider, then the return fee structure is as below

We would require the returned items to have their original packing with original tags , The merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We would also require all original papers to be returned with the product.

Not all products are eligible for Exchange. Please make it a point to understand and check with our customer team which products are eligible for exchange before purchasing.

  • Bedding , Cushions & Throws are eligible for exchange.
  • Tableware, Dinnerware & Cutlery are fragile and are not eligible for exchange.
  • Pouch, Tissuebox Covers & Bottle Covers are eligible for exchange.
  • Table Linens are eligible for exchange.
  • Décor & Furniture are not eligible for exchange. 
  • Items bought on sale are not eligible for exchange.   
  • Once a piece is exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.

Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as return if there is non acceptance. For COD orders, Caption Home reserves the right to deny future orders. Any re-delivery requests will be chargeable additionally and will include two shipping and re-packing costs.

  • There is No Exchange/Refund on products purchased on sale.

REFUND POLICY

The Caption Home does its best to ensure that every transaction at our website or store is seamless and we take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards of product manufacturing & packaging.

As a policy , we do not offer returns on products which are delivered in perfect condition and as per the order placed.

However , if a product is wrongfully delivered (doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality defect , then we are open to extending a full refund or re-fulfilling your order.

 

  • Any damaged product claims to be made within 24 hours. We spend resources, time and effort in packing fragile products carefully so they reach our customers' home safely. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product and box within 24 hours of receiving your order.
